## What is Sales24 CRM?

Sales24 answers every WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram conversation the moment it lands - so a customer who messages at midnight gets a real reply, not a "we'll get back to you".

AI THAT KNOWS WHEN TO ASK
Confident replies send instantly. Anything the AI is unsure about waits for your approval, with the draft and a confidence score shown side by side. You stay in control of every message that carries your name.

ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHANNEL
WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email land in a single shared inbox. Assign conversations to teammates, leave private notes, take over from the AI mid-chat, and see who is handling what.

A CRM THAT FILLS ITSELF
Contacts, deals and pipeline stages update from the conversation itself - no separate data entry. Scan a business card with your camera to create a contact. Track leads from first message to closed deal.

BUILT FOR THIS REGION
Full Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani), Turkish, Georgian and English support, with proper right-to-left layout throughout - not an afterthought bolted onto an English app.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS
See response times, pipeline movement, campaign results and AI activity per conversation. Know which channels actually bring revenue.

Sales24 is operated by DataCode and licensed to businesses; there is no consumer version. A Sales24 account provided by your organization is required to use the app.
