About
THE PROBLEM IT WAS BUILT FOR
A tile showroom runs on four pieces of paper, and all four leak.
The visit register at the entrance, filled in when somebody remembers.
The quotation pad, written by hand, photographed, and rewritten from scratch when the customer returns on Saturday with their architect. The follow-up diary, where whoever keeps it well is the best performer and whoever doesn't loses deals quietly. And the dealer referral slip, handed over and never heard of again.
None of this is a failure of effort. It is what happens when the record of a business lives in four places, none of which the owner can read.
WHAT IT DOES
A walk-in takes about a minute - name, mobile, pincode. A returning customer is recognised by their number, with their history one tap away.
The quotation is built as the conversation moves. Rooms added while walking the showroom, each with a size. Tiles from your own catalogue, with coverage and boxes worked out rather than estimated.
It reaches the customer before they leave - a PDF on your letterhead, to their WhatsApp and email, with your salesperson's name on it and your terms attached.
The next day looks after itself. A feedback request to the customer, never shown to the rep it is about. A follow-up reminder that escalates to a manager rather than quietly expiring.
When they come back, the quotation is still there. A revision starts from what was already built, and earlier versions stay.
SUPPORT MULTIPLE SHOWROOMS
Each store keeps its own team, customers and quotation numbers. The catalogue is shared. An owner sees one store or all of them.
Free to start.
