We are a contractor that services cell sites all over California and Nevada and our technicians are our customers. We use Salesbinder as a method of tracking repair parts and the cost for billing out the service calls. It works very well and is very user friendly. We have a total of 7 warehouse locations and also use the location function for truck inventory. The web based SAAS definitely meets all my needs and the monthly fee fits within my budget. I am happy with the SAAS for the most part and the customer service is wonderful and responsive. However, the app in its current form is just a reference app that you can look up information only. The app needs the functionality to add inventory in real time and edit inventory as well. It would be great if we could upload pictures from our device to the app as well.
