Additionally, the commissions paid out and each. I set an a font that is so small that it’s nearly impossible to scan the various periods and see what the amount paid at work without actually tapping into them. As an app, quite literally, the primary job here is to display what the monthly commission will be, analysis, and further breakdown is by far a secondary concern. I appreciate that the app exists, but it appears that the people that design it are not commissioned otherwise, they would architect it with an emphasis on displaying the data differently. ### 1/5 — The new update is horrible *2023-06-11* I am so confused. The app was perfectly fine before this most recent update. Cheers, Spiff ### 2/5 — Constant black screens *2023-04-20* I’ve raised this from one star to two because of recent changes. The app previously did not load after log in most of the time. Now that problem is gone. However, when I click on calculations the screen goes black. Every time. I can’t press the back button or anything. The browser version is helpful but the mobile browser version is almost impossible to read and does not appear optimized for even a large phone screen. It’s disappointing since it was supposed to support my sales in the field when I’m traveling through four states meeting and acquiring sales with customers. I’ve tried every option I see to reset login with zero success. The customer service team is unresponsive and lacks accountability — inquiries often go unanswered for extended periods, and when responses do arrive, they are generic and unhelpful. The application itself is equally disappointing. It suffers from performance issues, inconsistent functionality, and a confusing user interface that undermines productivity rather than enhancing it. For a platform that positions itself as a solution for efficiency and transparency, the overall experience is frustrating and unreliable. It’s unfortunate to see a product with potential be let down by poor execution and inadequate support. Spiff should seriously invest in improving both its technology and customer care if it hopes to regain user confidence. ### 1/5 — Stay away *2025-10-16* Mobile app hasn’t worked in at least 6 months.
