If an actual sales person used this app I can’t see how it has a positive rating. The mobile options don’t mirror the desktop options. You can’t use the rhythm section without glitches. You can’t remove people from cadences. The feedback loop seems broken or is just a pointless feature as you mark wrong number but the same number and persons keep showing up on cadences. It’s the definition of insanity. I can’t see this product working in an AI world which is a good thing bc something better will soon be available.

You are not able to schedule meetings through the app or send your availability. You also can’t create a task directly from a persons page but have to go back to the Home Screen and click the “+” icon. Both of these are possible on the desktop version

I don't normally leave reviews, but the performance of this episode at atrocious, I have to let you guys know. Using this app negatively impacts my work, it's buggy, there aren't as many options as on the browser version, and it's overall terrible to try and do work From. You guys need to do way better.

Clunky interface with email issues existing everywhere.  The support team is great at taking emails, but not actually fixing your problem.

One second it works next second it doesn’t. Very minimal app and still doesn’t work for the few things it’s made to do like calling through cadences. Sometimes it works othertimes you just open and close the app several times and cross your fingers.. this morning I’m having no luck attempting to dial through a list with the app on iPhone.
