That would be super helpful! Thank you! ### 3/5 — Missing key features *2025-04-02, version 1.18.24* You are not able to schedule meetings through the app or send your availability. You also can’t create a task directly from a persons page but have to go back to the Home Screen and click the “+” icon. Things often don’t load properly, but the worst part is the texting. Most times I try to send a text and it sends nothing, I have to restart the app to be able to send the text. If they fix this it would probably be 5 stars. ### 2/5 — Not enough functionality *2024-02-19, version 1.18.0* The app is very limited! You are not able to see everything/detail in a person record. You are not able to see notifications notifications of every kind. I get a mobile notification that one of my clients is viewing my webpage but if I go to the app through that notification it doesn’t say anything there. I would like to be able to watch the demos that are recorded and stored in salesloft on the go. For instance if I’m going onsite I’d like to be able to watch the video on my cell phone from my discovery call I cannot do that. This app is very basic, which was fine for five years ago. But we are past Covid and in Mobile era . I would like to be able to see everything in a contact record abd the ability to filter down to just what I have done. ### 3/5 — Buggy/lacking integrations *2023-11-30* Overall the Salesloft app is great, other than the bugs when switching over to dark mode the app works decently. The integrations need some love, would really enjoy being able to use the mobile app to actually send out inmails and update tasks from the app. Other than that keep it up mobile team!! ### 3/5 — Incomplete CRM app *2023-10-20, version 1.16.1* It has the basic functionalities for salesloft to make a call or quick note. There’s still 2 big issues: 1 - texts received don’t show up right away no matter how many times you close the app 2 - you can’t expand the logs on contacts to see notes or content of prior activities ### 4/5 — Good, But Needs To Be Comprehensive With Interface *2023-09-24, version 1.15.3* The app works great on my phone when my work computer is active, but there are issues when I try and check on my phone and my computer is on and I encounter “refreshing errors”. Also, it would be great to have more comprehensive interaction as I have on a computer. Otherwise, great app for checking notifications and responding to clients. ### 3/5 — Buggy App *2023-05-31* I really want to like this app as I find value in cadences that provide one the ability to stay organized and methodical in the approach to the multi touch sales process. However, the app today is quite buggy. Lots of lagging in the app when logging information, accounts not showing up that are in the CRM, moments where it just freezes and the issue of my call showing up as “telemarketer” or “spam” sometimes as well. I believe my company may be one of, if not the largest accounts Salesloft has, so I’m sure there’s a lot to be worked out and I’m hoping it gets better. ### 3/5 — Good app but… *2023-05-17, version 1.14.2* I love the app. It gives me real time updates on contact engagement. My only issue is that if someone replies, I can’t see the response on the mobile version, just on desktop which kinda defeats the purpose of mobile. ### 4/5 — Huge improvements to the app! *2023-04-03, version 1.14.1* I love the new features added this year to the app, I can almost completely run my prospecting from my phone! I would like the ability to be able to remove a contact from a cadence I’m working on. I usually add contacts to cadences in bulk, and there are typically a few one offs I need to clean out. A simple way to swipe the contact out of the cadence would be great. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Has any sales person actually reviewed this? *2025-11-10, version 1.19.2* If an actual sales person used this app I can’t see how it has a positive rating. The mobile options don’t mirror the desktop options. You can’t use the rhythm section without glitches. You can’t remove people from cadences. The feedback loop seems broken or is just a pointless feature as you mark wrong number but the same number and persons keep showing up on cadences. It’s the definition of insanity. I can’t see this product working in an AI world which is a good thing bc something better will soon be available. ### 1/5 — The worst app I've ever had to use *2025-02-25, version 1.18.21* I don't normally leave reviews, but the performance of this episode at atrocious, I have to let you guys know. Using this app negatively impacts my work, it's buggy, there aren't as many options as on the browser version, and it's overall terrible to try and do work From. Can’t tap and open emails, can’t dial anything, can open the dialer but can’t enter numbers, can’t open messengers—every basic function you need to do on here you cannot. When I downloaded the Salesloft app, I was pretty impressed. I had a few cadence steps to complete and it sent my emails and logged them back perfectly.
