This app does it all, simple to use, looks professional, and it can run on a wifi only ipad, so the day to day costs are zero. The backup support is first class, just spend a couple of hours first time doing the basic set-ups, then future updates are just a cut n paste. It's as versatile as you want it to be. I'd have expected to pay 10k plus for this not many years ago. A real gem of an app that has and will continue to add sales to my business, and consign out of date catalogues to the skip. It truly is the best £20 my business has ever spent. Very easy to use, cuts down appointment times with customers, hence more time to see more customers per day, and cuts out hours of endless order writing each day. So far we have seen an increase in order values from customers as this app displays our products in a much better format than we previously used. The link into sage also gives accurate stock levels, so we don't end up selling stock more than once! Only been using it 3 days, but already wondering how we managed without it. We use Blue Alligator for our main stock control software which gives us the option to link it in and this just makes it so much more professional when dealing face to face with a customer compared to the way we used to process orders away from the office. Amazingly priced, since you can use this on multiple devices WITHOUT a monthly fee. Works brillantly with a bluetooth barcode scanner. Best and cheapest out of all the ones I have evaluated. It may take a bit to set up, but well worth the effort. Its probably the best sales tool I have in my bag.... I would (and do) recommend it to anyone working in sales on the road. As in a previous post, I am an agent representing a multitude of different companies. Each company requires orders to be submitted in different formats. I have set SP to deliver in all formats so each time I can over deliver. My customers at first think I am being flash but soon realise the potential of doing their orders in this way. They have all the info they need and what's more they don't have to read my writing. It's all in the instant email. Once you get your head around the initial set up you can change any of the data, price changes, code changes update images, etc, etc. It's just so easy thanks to the guys at Blue Alligator. Do not purchase *2016-08-02, version 1.5.7* Simply a waste of money! Unintuitive and complex. Be warned the 'Simple Set Up Guide' is 22 pages of dense text. It's horrible. Once you install it you have to sign up for a cloud and upload everything to the cloud to download in your catalog. It doubles as a presenter so we no longer need to carry catalogues around with us and emailing orders from this app has cut down on errors from reps and from staff inputting on to the order system in the office. The only downside is when you update the app you loose you customers order history. Not a major problem but that history really comes in handy sometimes. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Customer order history is retained when the app is updated. Easy to use, easy to configure and customer. We use the back office system too so can put all our data in our reps hands. Great product! ### 5/5 — Amazing!! *2013-08-19* I am the least technical person on the planet, this system couldn't be easier. So efficient when I'm with customers and on the move at trade shows and events, connects easy and iv never had an issue with access or crashing like some other apps. The ordering process is so simple and copies can be sent to anyone you want. Easy to track everything and update information. This system has certainly improved my time management and sales, couldn't be happier with this app as well as the support team in the background who are available to help with anything..without a doubt this is the way forward for my business and i hope to get all of my customers and suppliers onto it as well for a smooth streamlined process without the expense of huge system implimentations. ### 5/5 — If you are in sales and don't have this app yet you are already at a disadvantage *2013-08-12* I can’t recommend this app highly enough. Game changing is the closets. If you or your sales team need to be in control of and up to date with Finance/stock/ pricing with the ability for individual pricing as well then this app is for you. It took a wile to get it the way I want but now it has become a very important part of my sales process. Every update they do just keeps making it better and the support is great. It would be nice to be able to edit a customers information but hopefully that will be a future update. I use this for in home sales of heating and air conditioning. At first I was a bit worried about installing stock/customers and details but after reading the manuals twice then installing APP it all made sense, I was up and running in a day and now I have 200 customers with 500 products with in a few days.
