### 3/5 — Great app but needs to me on android

*2025-10-30, version 2.31.0*

We need to make this app android compatible !!! Why is it not ? You would earn so much more business

### 2/5 — Log in issues daily

*2024-08-21, version 2.18.1*

You have to login multiple times including shutting app down, password re entry several times, not sure why this isn’t addressed as login should not be a concern from a major app distributor. Does the job as far as integrating with another app salesforce but the login issue is a daily occurrence and can take upwards to 10 minutes to simply login. If this was addressed then it would be a 5 star app easily

### 3/5 — Anonymous

*2024-01-27, version 2.16.5*

A few glitches that need to be updated

### 4/5 — Suggestion

*2023-05-09, version 2.15.1*

It would be really nice and convenient if you can go into an old unsigned contract andAutomatically have it populate with the current date so that when customers call us back to move forward with the contract, we don’t have to type the whole thing again. It would save a ton of time and be very efficient. Thank you for allowing a suggestion.

### 2/5 — Program

*2023-04-03, version 2.14.4*

It can be glitchy sometimes it will kick you out or not let you login

### 2/5 — Lacking?

*2022-06-23, version 2.9.1*

Do we blame Leap or the company who forces its employees to use it? The struggle is baffling. You’d think an app would be able to function like R-Suite given its clientele and processes.

### 2/5 — Good for in home sales, but terrible backend.

*2022-05-09, version 2.8.0*

The in home sales side of this app is adequate. However you’re in for a terrible experience on the backend.

The backend experience is cumbersome to navigate and difficult to understand. Updating this system is the bane of my existence.

To make matters worse, the developer will push breaking changes regularly.

Recommended if you have a tech savvy sales force and an IT team dedicated to the product. Otherwise keep looking for a better solution.

### 1/5 — Leap is not user friendly

*2021-08-07, version 2.2.0*

It’s ask’s for too much info that’s not pertinent before getting to the important info of the price. Too cumbersome and is not user friendly

### 1/5 — Update

*2021-05-06, version 2.0.1*

Since the last update the app doesn’t perform the same.

### 1/5 — LEAP 2.0

*2021-05-06, version 2.0.1*

Leap 2.0 is absolutely awful, it is impossible to use in nothing like Leap 1.0 which was great. If there was a way where I can go back to Leap 1.0 from 2.0 I would do it instantly if you do not have to update to 2.0 trust me don’t do it.

### 4/5 — Love!

*2021-02-05, version 1.8.1*

Love the app. Can’t wait for shapes to be added into diagrams and would like to see the saving options update, have lost estimates due to saving under customers name especially when switching from our Granite Transformations and 8 Hr Bath companies. Also, makes it more difficult to run multiple estimates for the same client. Ease of use is awesome!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Dishonest company

*2026-06-01, version 2.40.0*

When you try to cancel your subscription, even after 4 years, SalesPro/leap informs you that there is a required 60 day notice before renewal to be able to cancel. This is usually found out after you have invested in a new program. Buyer beware!

### 1/5 — Solid exterior

*2025-03-22, version 2.27.0*

Solid look, I didn’t build it, so i don’t know how its programmed, just isn’t user friendly as we navigate

### 1/5 — Reliably Unstable

*2024-05-01, version 2.17.2*

Crashes, hacks, loss of info, features and incorporations that aren’t reliable like remote signatures and result sending. Been over a week since their hack and still crashing when getting signatures

### 1/5 — Missing too many features

*2024-02-21*

This app is very archaic for a CRM system, seems like the developer skipped over features that drive sales. I’ve used a lot of CRM systems and this has a lot of potential but fizzles out in the are of features, especially follow up features.

Maps no longer sync seamlessly with the click of the address, no calling or texting feature for the phone numbers, no section or process to go through past appointments without going through each day on the calendar individually, no separation of accounts based on disposition(to rework “No Sales” or “Canceled” appointments or “Sales” for referrals).

This app could be great if the right tools were integrated, until then, I would have a hard time as an organization spending any amount of money on this app when my people will spend more time “trying” to follow up than actually following up. You can do better with other CRM’s until this one takes features more seriously.

### 1/5 — 2.16.6

*2024-02-10, version 2.16.6*

Costing me money 😡

### 1/5 — Malfunction all the time

*2022-08-18, version 2.10.0*

Constantly kicks me out mid bid and asks me to log back in.

### 1/5 — Leap

*2022-08-12, version 2.10.0*

After days of phone calls, I decided to give this thing a shot. I have a super successful concrete construction company in Tennessee.

When I signed up, I signed up for the regular account. And we were off.

Within about 3-4 days, Teak called and suggested we did an uploading process. I have this company a ton of industry data via MY INPUT PROCESS.

They had to teach me (and will expect you) to upload all your own data and basically build your own program.

The customer service is top notch, but the owner is a complete selfish jerk.

After about 3 months we still didn’t have my account working properly. I decided to cancel this and was told rather rudely that I signed up for it and I would be charged the remainder of the 12 months.

Although nothing is usable.

It’s a waste of your money. A waste of your time.

### 1/5 — Communication and Payments

*2022-06-07, version 2.9.1*

Would not purchase again. Poor attitude from employees. Even if you cancel your membership the next day, you have to pay for the full year (over $1,000) or pay $100 a month for the year.

### 1/5 — Big promises, HUGE disappointment

*2022-01-24, version 2.6.2*

Oh my god. I’ve been using leap for a year and I can tell you it’s created more headaches than it solves. It seems to be getting worse with time.

I will jump ship as soon as someone comes out with an alternative. I’ve only stuck with it because we’ve already dumped hundreds of hours into it.

Customer service polite is nice but useless and unwilling to actually help.

They’re more focused on growth than quality.

### 1/5 — Very confusing

*2021-12-23, version 2.6.0*

It does what it is intended to do, but it’s very hard to navigate. It is hard to explain to associates how to use it. Don’t like this app at all.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Fantastic software

*2023-09-10, version 2.15.2*

This has been a game changer for my (wait for it…) landscape business. Setting up the pricing took some time but once completed it has been a wonderful app to quickly generate estimates with pictures from integrated third party apps (company cam) and my IPhoto library. The contracts I generate with their Docusign integration which has been fantastic. Two thumbs up
PS a Dropbox integration for photos would be fantastic.

### 5/5 — Great platform

*2023-04-07, version 2.15.0*

Love sales pro and all the integrations available

### 5/5 — Way too Much Effort to Just give estimates

*2023-02-10, version 2.14.2*

Pricing windows is a major pain, way too many constant issues and too time consuming for pricing

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2022-07-01, version 2.9.1*

I like Leap because it has become invaluable and easy to use for our company.

### 5/5 — Easy Street

*2021-09-23, version 2.3.2*

Leap has truly changed our business. Many of our sales people now say they are living on easy street. Previously our sales people carried large binders in order to price jobs and hold their contracts. Now they carry their iPad. And an Apple Pencil. Truly living on easy street.

### 5/5 — Terrible

*2021-05-12, version 2.1.0*

The new update is terrible. They took a good system and ruined it.

### 5/5 — Unreal platform

*2021-04-11*

Makes quoting the job accurately an ease and set up production with all the material take on offs definitely makes the company run more efficient

### 5/5 — !!

*2020-11-28, version 1.6.10*

Greatest app ever!!

### 5/5 — Estimating

*2020-09-03, version 1.6.5*

I have used a few different estimating programs and this one has by far been the most user friendly and best in customizing to fit the work we do. You can build in all the different types of work you do and price that work the way you want it. I highly recommend this to any contractor and I’m sure it will work for many other industries!

### 5/5 — Clean, Easy, Professional

*2020-04-10, version 1.5.13*

Leap is a real in-field gem! From product demos to seamless measurement software integration, contracts to financing, this app does it all, quickly and effortlessly. Clients are blown away by how professional the experience is when your using it. Able to get more done quickly and with far less errors. Nothing but great results. Thanks Leap!
