It is great. I love being able to look at real time reports!! Also, being able to change prices and manage the inventory through the website right through the app are amazing features! The database is updated every 5 minutes, connecting all of my devices! I can also track cash, checks, and credit cards! Let alone the fact that transactions go through within a day (square is 30 days) and the transaction fee is lower than square too!! Get SaleVu now!! ### 5/5 — Great Solution! *2012-09-29* This app has been really great for my business. I switched from Square because the card reader is more secure and the rates are lower! I can track checks and cash as well all in one place. Not only that I get the money in my account the next day, no 30 day wait like Square. It's very user friendly. I'm able to run a report and track what is selling fastest and at what times, simply amazing. It's easy to set up discounts and track checks and cash as well. On my iPad mini 2, I just downloaded this and it will not let me enter my device role in the existing location dialog. But then they charge you for every little thing that you need to make it work after that. Their monthly fees after you add everything that you want to go well above what it would cost to use a more reputable service. But we just installed the update to version 3.2 and now the app crashes whenever we try to access the customer menu. Help! ### 3/5 — Good, could be great with a few tweaks *2012-07-18, version 2.1* This is a great alternative to Square for a business with inventory and merchants who use barcode scanners and UPC codes. The app is quick, easy to use and understand and the integrated credit card processing is cool. Downside, the reports are Flash based. Sort of defeats the purpose of using an iPad app. Also, no text based search for items in the database. Not as feature rich as Erply, but the price of this is right. Dan Vado ### 4/5 — Best choice *2014-02-10* Salesvu is not perfect but it is the best iPad pos for inventory. The chief downfall has been the credit card reader that are made by another company. The first three failed. The last two replacements seem to be working but we have moved to the off season. So this spring will be the full workout for the new card readers. Aside from that issue tech support is by far the best. Better than paypal here and certainly better than squares non existent support. Salesvu also has the lowest cost for inventory management on an iPad pos. The how to videos are really good as well. The customer service is great! The app allows me to run and see two stores simultaneously or individually. I’ve looked at other register apps and SalesVu is by far the best. Updates ### 5/5 — Fantastic App helped make our pop up shop a success *2017-01-03* This brilliant app helped make our pop up shop the most successful shop we've ever run. The app tracks the stock price and selling price, providing up to date information (and lovely tables and graphs) detailing what has and hasn't sold. It was extremely easy to use both by us and by those on the till. We, First Campus (firstcampus.org a Reaching Wider project in Wales) and our partners NatWest found the hourly stats to be a very useful tool, allowing the students to adopt different selling techniques for different products within the pop up shop. We are are very grateful for all the help and support provided by Sales VU and their friendly staff. A fantastic app which will help you sell items online or run a face to face shop with ease and minimal effort. We were extremely pleased with how the software worked. Keep up the good work. The new release of the application provides features that make this - in my opinion - the best POS system on the market. The customer service is also second to none - every time we have a question or an issue, we get a reply within minutes. Other than a good POS system, the application is also useful for inventory control, employee time management and multi site location.
