I can login with web site but not with the app.
Can reset password via app as well.

The appearance/UI is really outdated but is fine (barely) with that if it works(it doesn’t , for me) but what’s the point of an app if it’s worse than the website.

Bills never shown even signed up for e-billing, neither got the email also. Can’t check the council tax balance. Could anyone in the council fix it?

All this does is display what is on their website in an app. It doesn't do anything that the website doesn't do. Therefore it's useless as you can just type their Web address into safari instead.  Plus it breaches Apple's Developer T&C's as apps that simply display websites in a frame are not permitted.

Pretty disappointed with the app. It tries to pack everything into one. Wanted it for the bin reminders as I'm a busy professional running my own business in man reset centre.

It's mess and hi jacks my phone calendar.  The app is a jack of all trades and no where near a master at one.

This app has become outdated with the increase in screen size when the app hasn’t been migrated for a bigger size. 

Is this able to be looked at?!

Loads of great content and useful information about the area and bin collection schedules.

Just one comment, it would be good to enter my postcode and ctax account number once and the app remember them so i don't need to keep entering them.
