So I’ve paid the money and I’ve submitted verification 3 times now and all being rejected. So basically if they don’t verify it I’ve lost the money. Surely you should verify peoples pics before they have to purchase a ticket. ### 1/5 — Sid *2025-07-18* Have been using this bus service for 6 months. Most awful bus service in the world. When it says bus arrives every 10 mins, it actually means every hour if you are lucky. Use this bus service if you have 5 hours free (each way) to go to and return from your destination in the small town of Salisbury. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-01-07, version 79* i am super annoyed with this price it’s gone up for no reason i am outraged of this ### 1/5 — Incorrect times *2024-10-03* I know this isn’t really the apps fault (I think) but the times on bus stops and the times on the app are completely different, right now I’m at the bus stop for a bus that said it would come at 9:27am, it was at least 5 minutes early to the stop as I saw it zoom past me as I left my house, I tried to get the same bus a little while ago and it was 15 minutes past the time it said, I get these busses to get to college and it’s really stressful when they change as it risks me missing my college bus which means I can’t actually attend school as my college is over an hour away from the town I live near. It would be really helpful if you could work with the council to align the times properly ### 1/5 — App not updated. *2023-04-18* App is helpful when everything running smoothly, but useless when schedule is altered. Today I missed an important appointment because bus stop was re-routed with no update on app. (Bus stops covered up with no explanation or help). - Unable to wander round looking for new route because of recent hip surgery. I telephoned for help and waited forever - no one answers the phone. When I eMailed for help, they said they would take more than 28 days to reply!! How are we able to reliably use this app?!!😦 ### 2/5 — So bl***y confusing *2024-03-04* I gave up after ten minutes because I can not see the definitive price I will pay to travel from my nearest bus stop in Bulbridge to Salisbury City centre and return a few hours later. I am confused with prices for paying by card tapping and multi buys and all kinds of stuff. I want a price for there and back, nothing more, nothing less. I will drive, park in Harnham and walk the rest of the way instead of using the bus which passes my home every twenty minutes! ### 3/5 — Needs work *2025-02-04* Times on the app don't match Times at the stops (I'm not the only person to notice this). Clever way in app of hiding late busses by hiding the due arrival time with whatever time the bus predicts it will arrive.
