## What is Sally?

Sally is an iPhone app for tracking intermittent fasting routines and reviewing educational fasting guidance.

Inside the app you can:
• Start and monitor a live fasting timer with progress updates
• Follow progressive fasting protocols from 12:12 to 72h
• Review your sole water routine and daily reminders
• Browse a science hub with educational fasting references
• Ask questions in the Sally AI tab on compatible Apple Intelligence devices
• Use the core experience offline without creating an account

Sally AI runs on-device when supported by the iPhone. The timer, challenges, and science content remain available even when AI is unavailable on the device.
