When the app is worse than your website isn’t user-friendly and basically nonfunctional, you should rethink creating an app in the first place.

I tried downloading and registering in the app but after opening the legal doc about app usage, couldn’t close the doc and schedule an appointment. No back button or acceptance button

If you try searching for something specific or a different stylist at a different location, there's no way to go back to the last page. You have to start all over again.

My stylist quit working at salon loft and was no longer on the app but I still had active appointment through the application. How is it possible that a stylist can no longer have a loft space but can still have active appointments?Where does your app think the appointment is taking place? In the parking lot? If the stylist isn’t active, then how can they have active appointments? Who’s gonna do the work? Your app has multiple logic problems.

This app is very handy for booking appointments with my stylist. It works very well, and find it more convenient than going to the website

I couldn’t be happier to have found the best stylist in years. My type of hair is not easy to work with and Sherri does an excellent job. Her personality is upbeat, warm and wonderful to talk with!

I logged into my account and it had all my info and history! Going back to 2013! Good job! Looks like the web version on your phone. I haven’t tried to book an appointment through the app yet but I’m happy to have an app for ease of use! Thanks.
