For clients:
Find your favorite salon, choose the service, staff member, and time that works for you — and book your appointment yourself, no calls, no waiting. Available any time of day, even late at night when it’s convenient for you. Your appointment automatically appears on the salon’s calendar. You receive an automatic booking confirmation and a reminder one hour before your appointment — so you never forget.

For salons:
Forget about notebooks, spreadsheets, and a constantly ringing phone. Salonis brings everything into one place — simple, fast, and professional.

Notifications:
Clients automatically receive a booking confirmation and a reminder one hour before their appointment, reducing late arrivals and no-shows.

Appointment calendar:
View all appointments by day and week. Each staff member has their own color-coded column. Add, edit, or cancel an appointment in seconds. Bookings made by clients appear automatically and await confirmation. A bell icon in the calendar shows how many booking requests are pending, so you never miss a new client.

Client records:
Every client has their own profile with visit history, number of visits, cancellations, and contact information. You always know who you’re working with and how long they’ve been your client.

Earnings and statistics:
Track weekly revenue, most popular services, earnings per staff member, and most valuable clients. All protected by PIN — only the owner can see financial data.

Pricing and services:
Add your services manually or choose from a library of 200+ services. Set the duration, price, and working hours for each day individually.

Double booking:
A unique feature that lets you make use of passive time during long services like coloring or bleaching. While a client waits for the color to set, the system automatically shows available slots for shorter services.

Appearance and themes:
Choose from 6 color themes. The app works perfectly on phone, tablet, and computer.
