Very disappointing experience. I worked at a small nail salon that stopped using this app, and we requested my payroll records for the last week we used it (03/30–04/05). Instead of providing the correct dates, they kept sending the entire month in Excel format, which was not what we needed. I have called multiple times and am still waiting. It has been almost 2 months since I quit the salon, and I still cannot get the correct records needed for me to get paid properly. Customer service has been extremely slow and unhelpful. Something this simple should not take months to resolve. ### 1/5 — Worst booking appt I have ever used *2026-05-01, version 1.0.52* Can’t find client by their name which make the job so much easier or cancel appt in our own for duplicate appt. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Run fast and don’t ever think twice ### 2/5 — Boooo *2025-04-28, version 1.0.43* This last update broke everything. The calendar. Blocking off days. Clients. It’s all broken. Please fix it. Soon. ### 3/5 — Online Book *2025-04-21, version 1.0.43* Would be nice to be a partner of Google so a “Book Now” button could be added/linked to on Google main page. Client cannot online book for more than one person.
