Was waiting at Salsa Fresca for 30 minutes. Watched about 15-20 people go ahead of me in the line and get their food while I just watched. The food is good, freshly, tasty. So this is only a review of the app. The app is not intuitive. It seems to remember nothing from prior uses—like location, or pickup/delivery. It’s hard to navigate within the app—to get to the shopping cart, for example. You make me navigate and add everything all over again every time. Then, when I try to add my rewards, my order deletes and I have to do it over again. Then, if you accidentally select the wrong location and wish to change it, guess what, you need to redo your whole order again. And if you forgot the rewards...you get the idea. I can’t login anymore with the new app. If I try the Forgot Password process - it says I don’t have an account. If I try to create an account it says there is a duplicate account with my phone number. Now you can’t customize the items or add more than one topping to a build your own order.
