Very glitchy coupons. ### 1/5 — Be careful using coupons *2026-07-02, version 51.0.0* I had a free double scoop for a birthday reward. When I went in store to redeem it I l clicked “redeem in store,” then an error popped up and said “uh oh you already redeemed this,” (even though I hadn’t). Then the reward went away completely and wasn’t under the “rewards” tab. Thankfully the worker said the app was glitchy and got me my free double scoop. ### 1/5 — No reward scan *2026-04-18, version 47.17.9* You have to take a photo of a receipt to get rewards, no scan QR code. ### 1/5 — App Does Not Let Me Redeem Rewards *2025-10-27* I cannot redeem the free single scoop for points through the app. I have tried logging out, reinstalling the app, and contacting support.
