Am vrut sa ma mut de la Revolut la Salt, doar pentru ca e produs romanesc. Procesul de deschidere cont si onboarding a fost foarte usor. Dar nu a mers. Dupa ce am primit mail ca totul a fost finalizat si ca pot deschide cont, aplicatia a returnat “technical error”. Cei de la suport mi-au sters contul si m au sfatuit sa reiau procesul de la zero. Am zis pas.

Sunt client Salt Bank încă de la început și experiența mea a fost mereu una foarte bună. Aplicația este ușor de folosit, iar suportul pentru clienți este excelent. Astăzi am avut o întrebare legată de un transfer, iar Valentina a fost extrem de răbdătoare, amabilă și m-a ajutat să înțeleg tot ce aveam nevoie. Mulțumesc, Valentina, și felicitări întregii echipe Salt Bank!

O aplicație bancară excelentă și super ușor de folosit! Îmi place maxim că ai cont multicurrency complet gratuit și curs valutar imbatabil. Poți trimite valută direct către alte contacte doar cu numărul de telefon, fără să te mai complici cu IBAN-uri, iar transferurile în euro sunt instant. Cardul fizic arată genial, iar dobânzile la depozite sunt foarte bune. Pentru cei care își fac cont nou, recomand să folosiți codul promoțional XVPM7X la înregistrare. Primiți până la 200 de lei în prima lună pentru cheltuielile cu cardul. Recomand cu încredere
