## What is Salt Player?

Salt Player is a music player for iPhone and iPad that helps you enjoy and organize your own collection.

Bring your music
Add a folder from your device or iCloud Drive, transfer audio from a computer on the same local network, or add accessible songs from your system music library. Supported formats include MP3, FLAC, M4A, WAV, APE, Ogg, and Opus.

Organize and listen
Browse songs, albums, artists, genres, and folders; create playlists; and use search and sorting to find your music. Enjoy background playback, queues, shuffle, repeat, and lyrics.

Optional Pro features
Local playback, library management, and standard lyrics are free. Pro unlocks Morvanium, the equalizer, tag editing, spectrum animation, iCloud sync, and CarPlay. Tag edits apply only inside Salt Player and do not change the original audio files. Optional iCloud sync keeps supported library information in your own iCloud account; audio and lyric files are not transferred.

Choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and terms are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Local playback does not require a Salt Player account or an Apple Music subscription. Bring audio files you are authorized to use; Salt Player does not provide a music-download service. Apple Music catalog matching and eligible playback are optional, use Apple services, and are separate from Salt Player Pro.
