I’ve been with the salty club for 2 years and recommend it to everyone I meet. I call it “the Netflix of self care” from recipes, to talks, breathwork, yoga, Pilates, and any kind of movement you are craving you can find it here. I love that there are quick workouts, programs and challenges. It’s all here, and beautifully- soulfully created. Big Salty Club Love ❤️

Despite never being on a Salty experience - I feel so much a part of the Salty Club. The app, the workouts, the chat group, and the podcast are so amazing. I feel like I’m connected to a group of salty women even though I am not physically with any one else.
