I placed my order on 22 July, and as of 1 August, it still hasn’t been delivered. Instead of delivering the package, the expected delivery date kept getting delayed day after day. This is completely unacceptable. The delivery service is pathetic, and the customer support is absolutely useless. Every interaction resulted in the same scripted responses with no accountability, no clear updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. It feels like customer satisfaction means nothing to this company. Waiting over a week past the expected timeline with no proper communication is beyond frustrating. If you cannot fulfill orders on time, don’t make promises you can’t keep. Congratulations—you’ve lost a customer. I will never order from you again and will not recommend your service to anyone.
