So I can’t get my COVID certificate or actually have any proof whatsoever because this diabolical app does not work and says the details are invalid . And of course being in Spain nothing will get down about it . What a complete and utter shambles . Ellos pueden entrar pero no los deja descargar su certificado se vacunación sin navegar a clicsalud.es. Allí no puede acceder el certificado de vacuna sin certificado digital o Cl@ve PIN, pero como menores no les permite conseguirlos. Como el padre tampoco puede descargar los certificados de mis niños… entonces como se puede descargar sus certificados de vacunación??!! 😕 ### 1/5 — Useless app *2021-08-27, version 3.1.0* I’m really disappointed in the local health service producing such a useless app. I am active on the health database (I’ve checked at the local consultorio) but it says my details are incorrect. I am therefore unable to download my covid certificate in order to travel to the UK without quarantining ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2021-08-04, version 3.0.1* Absolute rubbish. What a shame for Andalucía health department! ### 1/5 — Autenticación por móvil no funciona *2021-08-03, version 3.0.1* La autenticación por móvil no funciona. Solo se le dan 45 segundos para ingresar el código enviado al teléfono, pero el código puede tardar hasta 5 minutos en llegar ¡Loco! Authentication by mobile does not work. One is only given 45 seconds to enter the code sent to the phone but the code can take up to 5 minutes to arrive. Please fix soon! ### 1/5 — Funciona fatal. *2024-01-24, version 3.6.4* Tengo el certificado digital instalado en el teléfono y me dice que no encuentra ningún certificado. ¡¡¡IMPOSIBLE!!! Y en vez de dejarte en la app para hacer esto te abre el navegador web.. por qué entonces la app? Aparte intento sacar cita y me pone que no hay citas disponibles ni de llamada ni presencial. Espero arreglen la app lo antes posible. Es una buena idea sacar esta App pero por lo menos háganla funcionar. Como siempre la junta de Andalucía y sus increíbles programadores informáticos. Nada intuitivo. Sistema de entrada de claves donde no se explica como entrar ni nada se espera que el usuario venga aprendido de casa. Partes en ingles partes en español. A saber la panda de enchufados que habrán hecho la chapuza esta y cuanto habrán cobrado por ella. Just appalling. Businesses are losing revenue hourly with negative readouts obtained from valid perfectly test results. You need to log in using your NIE card enter NIE then next box is the second number on your NIE then easiest is to select enter with Clave but you need to have set up the Clave app. Negatives are things like external appointments often do not show same for Blood tests etc done outside of your local Salud. Other than that really useful app. ### 3/5 — Citas *2024-01-26, version 3.6.4* Ok ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2025-10-21, version 3.7.3* More often than not the app does not allow access even though the security part is confirmed. I use Cl@ve , but typically I get error messages saying BDU error or something else recording that there was an issue with a server. Is good when it works, but too often does not.
