You have to write down everything first and then later look for the picture? i’ll make no sense. Put the picture first and then write down everything. That’s better ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work after I updated last year. *2023-05-05* Can we get an update on this I have 32 safety walls in the bin that won’t submit. All this happened after the app updated in 2022. Lame ### 1/5 — App Never Works *2023-05-01* This app almost never works and gives a error every time you try to submit a safety walk form. I have to delete the app, re-enter all the information and try to submit the form again, sometimes that works but usually it doesn’t. I can’t believe this is required software for my job, what a joke. ### 1/5 — Broken safety tool *2023-01-26* Training associates not to use broken tools and reporting them is a core safety value. It is disappointing that this safety tool has been broken for over 4 months with constant reporting of issues. July I lost all safety walks. Never submits no matter what I do ### 1/5 — Have to delete and reinstall at least once a month. *2022-05-11* App will periodically not submit my safety walk and ask me to retry submitting but it won’t ever go through. I have to delete the app then reinstall for it to submit my safety walks. I stare at a screen that just repeats the error message then I have to reload all the safety walks when I have to re download it. To top it off, the safety walk or any entry doesn’t actually make a work order. It literally just sends it to nowhere for bean counting. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-02-25* The ask is to do a safety walk or a near miss every single day but the app NEVER WORKS. I need to be on the floor making sure operations are running well. Not fooling around with this app trying to submit ALREADY COMPLETED walks and being told by the app that there is an error and it can’t be done now. Then when you reach out to them, they tell you to delete your entries and resubmit. Sorry, I don’t have the time for this. Get a better app. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2024-09-05* The only reliable thing about this app is it’s unreliability! Constant errors when submitting observations. This time I uninstalled the app, but reinstalling it brought a new error! It can’t provide sites for the login process. This is frustrating, and a waste of time. And all Safety can say is “keep trying”, “It’s required to use SALUS” ### 1/5 — App Fails Regularly *2024-08-31* The app fails to work and must be deleted and redownloaded at least twice a month. Most times that I log safety walks, it doesn’t even add to the monthly total. I can’t tell if what I’m doing will even matter for meeting my quotas. Other times it will just fail to submit repeatedly. ### 1/5 — App is Often Broken *2024-03-01* At least twice per month, the app fails to allow you to submit entries. This needs to be addressed as it wastes the operators time to need to delete the app and redownload it or wait days for the issue to be resolved so the entries can be submitted. If this is going to be a required part of the job, it needs to be reliable. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-11-21* Stopped allowing me to put in safety walks. Tried everything, even uninstalling the app and reinstalling.
