Trudno jest tu cokolwiek ustawić. Appka jest całkowicie nieintuicyjna. Ustawianie harmonogramów, jeśli jest ich więcej niż jeden to droga przez mękę. Zmiana temperatury możliwa tyko za pomocą przesuwania kropki po kółeczku, gdzie z reguły potrzeba kilku podejść, żeby nie ustawić za dużo ani za mało, no chyba że użyjesz do tego szpilki. Issue was fixed promptly and now everything works. The app feels old and not very modern, only the Dashboard/Home looks good, can be greatly improved in UX/UI, however it does its job. I find it very tricky, there is no customer services phone line that indicates quite poor customer care of Salus as a company. When we try to switch off the relays, the system seems to override us, also we are unable to switch off the heating as a setting completely. MASAKRA! aha, nie wspomnę już o braku wsparcia HomeKit. Strasznie żałuję, że namówił mnie instalator na ten system podczas budowy. Different status settings don’t work well. Overall 1(10) for this app! Using it for 1.5 year already, 7 VS20 + 6 VS10+ 2 TRVs 10RF. Controller + RX and gateway UGE600 for house 236 sq. m. Easy installation, did it myself according to local dealer instruction. Had problem with 1 VS20 thermostat - replaced fast according to warranty condition. Very comfortable and flexible in settings. Coupled with boiler ability to adjust according to outdoor weather sensor looks decent product indeed. Adding slowly smart plugs to upgrade entire set. Stability is perfect, very few failures during this period. Really helps a lot to save. Please keep updating application and upgrading product range. The Salus Smart Home App, in this regard, shows significant room for improvement. Firstly, the graphical user interface (GUI) of the app appears outdated and does not meet current standards. A modern and intuitive design would make the operation much easier and enhance the user experience. The current GUI feels cluttered, which can be a barrier, especially for new users. The operation of the app itself is also in need of improvement. Navigation and menu management are not intuitive, and important functions are often hard to find. A clearer structure and possibly a tutorial for first-time users could remedy this. Another point of criticism is the stability of the app. Frequent crashes and slow response times significantly diminish the user experience. For a Smart Home app that is often used in everyday life, reliable and stable performance is essential. In summary, it is clear that the Salus Smart Home App, in its current form, falls short of expectations. There is a significant need for improvement, particularly in the areas of GUI, operation, and stability.
