I was watching TV and had his restaurant, so I used the restroom. I came back and couldn’t figure out why put the remote. Then I spend 5 to 10 minutes looking for it. I gave up, and remembered I had the Sam Remote app. I tried to use it but I cannot do anything because it was riddled with ads. I cannot click on anything. Every time I try to use it I have to hunt down my actual tv remote to “allow” it. What’s the point!? I don’t have time for that crap. Guys, seriously, this is beyond acceptable at this point. Let the customer use the app for an hour before drowning them in ads. I understand you need revenue, but this is beyond acceptable. I am not kidding, you press 2 buttons or you go to the settings and you get an ad. I might’ve, actually would’ve bought the app if you would have just let me use it and see how reliable it would be over at least an hour of use, but instead, even testing ALL the buttons took me way too long because of the constant adds.
