Thank you. ### 4/5 — Very helpful *2018-09-17, version 2.15.1* The app provides quick reference to all by business travel plans. In many situations, the SAM app notifies me of flight changes before the airline app or agent. Also, it is helpful to have one-stop, quick resource for airfare, hotel, etc. The reminders and notifications are nice - but the overuse of emojis can be a bit distracting. ### 4/5 — Convenient and user friendly *2017-12-29, version 2.10.3* The app has all the pertinent information from my itinerary that I need quick access to. The one negative is the hotel addresses are in lat/long and they don’t always bring me to the correct address when I copy those coordinates into my navigation app. The simple hotel address would be just fine. Other than that I like the app and will continue to use it. ### 5/5 — Innovative!!!!! *2016-10-27, version 1.2.14* As a Flight Centre employee I find this app to be extremely helpful with extensive features I need while traveling. The app learns my preferences and uses that to anticipate the information I need (traffic, weather, etc.). That said, I really enjoy using Sam; it’s been very helpful and is simple to use. The smarts behind Sam and what I know we have coming up is really exciting stuff. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App no longer works. No support *2023-08-26* This was my absolute favorite travel app. All of my travel plans went into SAM. It was absolutely amazing to have everything for my travels in 1 place. Unfortunately the app stopped working. Reservations were no lnger added when forwarding to SAM via email and I was no longer able to add reservations. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I tried setting up a new account. Nothing worked. Their is no support. I would send messages using their app but got no response. No one is more upset with me. This was, hands down, my only travel app! It was that good. When I finally was able to download it many days after my first attempt, the App is not working. I tried to open it and it looks like it will open but then it crashed and it closes again. Now in late 2019 I’m finding that when I open the app the page seems unresponsive. “See Itinerary” button doesn’t work. I’m using an up-to-date iPhone and updated App. Hoping bugs are fixed soon. ### 4/5 — Great for constant traveling *2023-03-30* App is really easy and convenient. Input any and all travel you have and consolidates it in one easy spot. Only hiccup is the placement of the buttons on the top right or left with an iphone 14 model. Difficult to press without pulling down the notification or command center, or will be straight up unresponsive. Up to the minute notifications for flight tracking and gives full arrival info when you walk off the plane. Best of all its free, I have been recommending it to anyone who travels a lot.
