Driver started ride without me being in the car, 25 minutes extra cost. This is not the first time. App is cheaper than others, but never using it again

This is the second bad incident I’ve faced with SAMA. I paid for my ride by card, and halfway through the trip the driver demanded cash. When I said I didn’t have any, he forced me to get out at 11:30 PM, and the fare was still deducted from my card.

Earlier, another driver started a ride, then cancelled it after reaching the destination, and again the amount was deducted.

There is no customer support and no proper way to report such issues. For a service operating in a country focused on public safety, this is unacceptable. I was a regular customer, but with this lack of accountability and increasing unprofessional drivers, the service has become truly disappointing.

The worst taxi application ever! I made a booking and the driver never came and no one contacted me until I contacted them and their customer service is completely useless! He promised me to provide a driver soon and that he will call me back to confirm, never called and stopped picking my calls! Waiting for more than 45 mins in 50 degrees heat because of their poor professionalism and 0 customer service ! Never using again and I don’t recommend this app

تطبيق ما اعتبره جيد نهائيًا لا سيارات ولا سرعة قبول ولا احترافية في الطرق ولا التوصيل وكثير منهم ينصبو عليك عشان يزيد السعر 
الميزة الوحيدة فيه انه يوصلك طرد او طلبية من مكان لمكان
وفي ناس فيه اخلاق حتى لو سياراتهم قربوعية 
غالبًا هوا تطبيق كيان نفسه بس حملته فترة عشان كان عندهم خصم قوي

I’ve found it very fast to connect a cab and the driver mostly is less than 10m far. Only 1 feedback I’ll have to have localization/translation in the app since expats feel hard to use it sometimes
