## What is Sambosa Rush?

Roll it, fold it, fry it golden, and get it into the customer's hand before their
patience runs out. A street-food stall tycoon with no ads, no energy timers and no
internet needed — just you, the fryer, and the evening rush.

You are the one behind the counter. Every evening has two halves: a quiet morning
where you read the forecast, buy your pastry, fillings and oil and set your price,
then 110 seconds where the queue arrives and everything you planned meets the oil.

THE STALL
• Fill a wrapper, fold it, drop it in the oil, scoop it at the golden moment
• Golden earns a tip — a second too long and it is burnt and worthless
• Serve straight from your tray before patience runs out

THE BUSINESS
• Read the forecast: calm evening, souq day, dusty heat — or Iftar Night, when the
  whole street arrives at sunset
• Set your price. Cheap draws a crowd; greedy empties the street
• Five fillings unlock as you grow — potato, cheese, meat, shrimp, sweet — and the
  richer ones sell for more
• Six upgrades: an extra frying basket, purer ghee for a wider golden window, a
  shade awning, a bigger tray, radio ads and quicker hands
• Build a five-star reputation one golden sambosa at a time
