For example, often the skin tones are reddish &/or orange, grainy bring out of focus and cropped with the pictures being distorted. Today the system crashed loosing all the undeveloped images. The clerk was unable to offer a solution or seemed very concerned regarding the customer’s inconvenience. Will never use CVX again!! ### 1/5 — Quality a Problem *2019-10-23* I decided to print about twenty-four, 4x6 prints for a project and downloaded this App. The photos were taken both with an iPhone 8 Plus and a mirrorless Olympus camera with a pro-quality lens. At at least 20 megapixels and 0 blurriness in the original photos, the small 4x6 prints should have been razor sharp. I sent the prints to CVS, and as promised by the App, the photos were ready in about an hour. However, the quality on at least 3/4 of the photos was absolutely atrocious. I’m not a photo snob, but there’s literally no reason why these pictures should be blurry. Some of the photos were also cropped in bizarre ways, which, again makes no sense. I appreciate the turn around, and maybe the horrible (and I mean, horrible) quality was the fault of the particular CVS I used, so I gave the App three stars. Update: I changed this review to 1 star because I downloaded CVS’ app and my photos printed faster and were PERFECT. Maybe it’s not the app, but I used the same photos...all I did was change the app I used. ### 1/5 — Orders not going thru *2019-09-06* I place four orders all within 1/2 hour. Each order was for 18 5x7 prints. (The app would not allow me to place an order over $50. ). I called the retailer to ask if the orders had been received and asked when the prints would b ready. None had been received even though it had been 25 minutes since the first order. I gave the retailer each confirmation number and no luck. It was the correct retailer and she spent quite a bit of time looking for me. There is a Walmart nearby, but it will not identify it sometimes. I’ve been trying for two days to place an order, and just now got on again and “my Walmart” came up. It would’ve let me choose that one, but it said that’s where it was sent. I hope so. It’s very frustrating, because you don’t know til the very end, after choosing photos, quantity and edits.
