It keeps crashing and doesn’t lodge your complaint. Total waste of time of time and energy. I don’t think anyone’s doing anything to fix it or fix it’s bugs. Sad. Why can’t government portals get a good investment of the tax payer’s money? It also seems that polluting vehicles complaints are just registered on your app and no action is taken on the app to resolve them.
