Das Sportlernetzwerk SAMFORCITY wurde am 01. September 2014 in Magdeburg (Sachsen-Anhalt) von Marius Adrian Sowislo gegründet und fand am 01.09.2021 mit René Eckardt seinen ersten Lizenzpartner in Jena (Thüringen).
