Takes numerous attempts to log in 
Search engine is horrible

This app is like a 1994 Hyundai, whilst other plumbing apps are like an F1 car. 
Buggy, crashes, can never log you in on first attempt. Can’t pay account easily. Search function is terrible.

Much like the Hyundai this app belongs in the scrap yard.
