## What is Samnan Technician?

Samnan Technician is a field service app for Samnan company technicians. The app allows technicians to receive maintenance jobs assigned by the company, view job details, and update work status in real time.

Technicians can see customer information, service location, and required tasks before visiting the site. During the visit, they can record findings, add notes, and attach photos if needed. After completing the job, they can update the outcome and mark the task as completed so the back-office team is always up to date.
