## What is Sampangi?

Sampangi remembers the Telugu birthdays of the people you love, and tells you the exact day to celebrate each one, every year.

If your family celebrates birthdays by the Telugu (lunar, tithi) calendar but you live by the Gregorian one, you know the problem: every year Amma's or Nanna's real birthday lands on a different date, and figuring it out means a priest, a panchangam, or a guess. Sampangi does it for you.

Add the people you celebrate: Amma, Nanna, Ammamma, Tatayya, your spouse, your kids, your friends. Sampangi works out each person's birth tithi once, then shows you the Gregorian date their Telugu birthday falls on this year and next, calculated for where you celebrate, because sunrise at your place decides the day.
