I thought the idea was so brilliant that I was very keen on getting their tag for my vehicles. But after having spent 30 minutes, trying to figure out their app and dealing with the bugs in the app I have given up. Literally nothing works right. It doesn’t just fail to work — it actively wastes your time, drains your patience, and somehow manages to make even the simplest task feel impossible. The interface looks like it was designed in five minutes and never tested on a real human being. Buttons don’t respond, screens freeze for no reason, and features randomly disappear like they’re playing hide-and-seek. Half the time the app crashes before you can even finish opening it. Performance is unbelievably slow. I’ve seen websites load faster on a 2G network than this app does on full Wi-Fi. Notifications arrive hours late (or not at all), settings reset themselves, and errors pop up with absolutely zero explanation. Customer support? If it exists, I haven’t seen it. Reporting problems feels like sending messages into a black hole. No replies, no fixes, no accountability. I genuinely regret installing this app. It takes up storage, consumes battery, and delivers nothing but frustration in return. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app at all costs.
