Works well when the app wants it to. Rest of the time it’s an awful experience. I like what the bank is trying to do, however the execution is poor.

Unable to register , after completing all the steps it says “user creation unsuccessful - status 02” 
And that’s it ! No support tips to sort this !

Remove this from the AppStore and come back when it’s complete. Account fund transfer is a joke. It don’t got branch selection and not enough space to type in account holder’s name. You can do this Sampath Bank, I believe in you. Just spend a little more time and money on the app.

Concept is good. But this is full of fundamental bugs. Can’t even imagine how responsible financial institution release such crap to production. Even intern level QA person could catch those. Some bus even developers should have catch. This is worst that app we see from university students.
Giving 1 start bcz cannot give zero.

Why do you make life so difficult for your customers?
Make it simple to register via sampath vishwa or scanning the debit or credit card.
I tried 3 time with no luck & given up.
