No way to roll back versions, completely unusable. Please help, we absolutely loved using this for our business. HELP!!!! ### 1/5 — Most frustrating app I’ve ever used *2022-09-01, version 1.6.1* As the title says this is THE worst app I’ve had to use before. As of 9/1/2022 it is still an app that is inconsistent and impossible to use. This app has issues creating slides, editing current information, the screen going completely white, limiting customization, and crashing. The app tells you to keep the app up to date but it seems that the developers have abandoned this app because there hasn’t been an update that has addressed any of the app’s issues. If you’re using a a Samsung TV for business I suggest finding some other avenue to project your displays. This app in its current state is useless. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2022-07-16, version 1.6.1* Its a great concept for a small business but its still a concept and not real. Nothing works as advertised, the app has not been updated so it doesn’t function half the time. Tv keeps freezing once you send the data. The app is glitchy and won’t let you send content to TV. Every time I try to send content it comes up with data failed to download. But a/o 10/8/21 the iPhone app won’t link to the photo library, so no new content can be created, much less loaded onto the display. Tried deleting the app, reinstalling, rebooting iPhone. What should be an easy way to upload simple content to my business display is useless. It does not upload images from my library (not even their own ‘themes’) despite permissions and I can not create a template! Finally it freezes and I need to close and restart. Not only is the app useless, but worse, it deceives buyers into purchasing Samsung displays with the promise of an easy content upload solution. On miraculous occasions it will pair with the "Business" TV that rarely works. A lot of customers use an iPad for editing graphics and displaying on the screens. It’s nearly impossible to use an iPhone to edit any of the prebuilt templates, so users are forced to build their own and then use timers to change the menus. An iPad version would help sell these displays. Also needs remote/cloud upload support either as “watch folder for content” or integration with a 3rd party for remote upload to displays. ### 3/5 — Advanced scheduling *2022-02-05, version 1.5.6* App works very well, zero problems so far. But please allow for more advanced scheduling instead of just having one schedule up for every single day. Break it down by Monday to Sunday and this service will be golden! ### 3/5 — App not ready for Apple devices *2020-09-27, version 1.1.11* Update- the app now works under iOS 14. Still limitations you can not add a slide to a slide show that used a Samsung template. Also you cannot combine a “with my own content” slide with a Samsung template in a slide show. You can however add more slides to a “with my own content” slide show. This app is only three months old. When Installed on iPhone X the app would crash when trying to edit the image in a template. When installed on an iPad (which the app is only sized for an iPhone) I was able to edit the image. However, when trying to view all the app was slow and would not show images. The lack of documentation on the app to know if there are any limitations is also not helpful. Since the tv’s are also new this year, hopefully Samsung is just behind on development and not trying to sell off old stock or force you to buy a Samsung device to use with these tv’s. ### 2/5 — Needs to be better *2024-04-25, version 1.6.1* It works. But the app is clunky. The buttons can be unresponsive making it hard to navigate. I don’t mind it being basic and simple but I’d be more likely to recommend this product if the app was easier to use and a bit more sophisticated. Can’t customise images enough or remove things on a image. When importing my own image, it shows me iPhone and WhatsApp photos and 1x Dropbox photo with no option to search Dropbox or other cloud media.
