La transaction a été validée et le montant débité sur mon compte. Pourtant, aujourd’hui, je reçois un e-mail m’informant que ma commande est annulée. J’ai immédiatement appelé le service client, qui m’a dit que le problème venait de ma banque. Après vérification, ma banque m’a confirmé que le problème venait du système de paiement en ligne de Samsung : ma carte bleue a été acceptée mais une erreur de transaction s’est produite de leur côté. J’ai rappelé Samsung, mais on m’a simplement dit que rien ne pouvait être fait, alors que ma commande aurait été annulée dès le premier jour – sans aucune notification de leur part indiquant que le paiement avait échoué. Je suis extrêmement déçue et énervée. Nous avons tout fait pour profiter d’une bonne offre, et au final, c’est un problème système qui me prive de ma commande. J’ai perdu du temps, de l’énergie, et surtout l’offre dont je voulais vraiment profiter. ### 1/5 — Samsung shop app *2025-11-11, version 1.0.116* Trying to speak to somebody in life chat is more challenging than speaking to somebody on the phone because every time I speak to somebody in this app on live chat, sometimes it will randomly freeze and it won’t let me send a message, and when you do close the app and reopen the app. You’ll have to restart the whole conversation again. . ### 1/5 — Crapapp *2025-11-09, version 1.0.116* Yup!
