Only thing the product should say details if this changer has the cable also. ### 4/5 — Fewer availability and not good promotions *2026-05-30* Product I wanted to buy us out of stock and haven’t been in stock for a week . Fewer promotions and Samsung care plus can’t be added for some models which is a problem I am seeing since an year . Disappointed with the fact that only models with lesser discounts are in stock from what I have seen. ### 1/5 — Please dont use them *2026-04-12* Pathetic delivery and post sales order support. Everyone vanishes when you need help. Their great delivery partner blue dart will give you a delivery slot on date like 9am to 6:30 pm. So you have to wait the whole day in your house. If you step out for 5 mins, its gone - they wont call and rearrange or plan ahead. In this 9.5 hour slot, you can go to Korea and buy something and come back. Good luck with trying to talk to someone. Talkingnto a divine force may be easier… ### 1/5 — Worst support I ever had in online platform *2026-02-21* I have ordered the refrigerator on 13of this feb and it was stated the product will be delivered on 18th of feb, but I haven’t received the product. While I call the support team they simply stating payment was not cleared, I have shared all the payment information with the concern team via email and call. They keeps on saying please allow 24hours but after 78 hours I haven’t received any response. Worst online shop site ### 1/5 — Unfair trade practices by Samsung shop *2026-02-07* I strongly recommend people to think twice before purchasing anything through the Samsung Shop App. I ordered a 9 kg washing machine through the app. Soon after placing the order, I realized I needed a 12 kg model instead. I immediately contacted Samsung support and requested a simple modification of the order. Their representatives refused, saying that modification is not allowed. This restriction was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Before placing the order, Samsung sales representatives repeatedly called me to convince me to buy from the app, but none of them informed me about any “no modification” policy. After they refused to modify the order, I clearly requested them NOT to ship the product. Despite this clear request made before dispatch, Samsung still went ahead and shipped the order. This shows complete disregard for the customer’s request and convenience. Their policies are rigid, one-sided and not consumer friendly. Customer support only repeats policy lines instead of helping the customer. Because of this poor experience, I have been forced to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline now. I have been regularly following up with the Samsung customer support team, but I am still not getting any proper response. They don’t bother to close my multiple complaint for washing machine. Service Center guys are not aware that Samsung sells directly, and recommended that return the product from where I bought!! They don’t have any after sales service and you are at the mercy of Service Center if a product is delivered faulty. (As confirmed by Samsung on email) Further I took 3 years additional pack from Samsung! Service center was clueless and told me that, service packs are offered by retailers!! ### 1/5 — Scamming India *2025-03-30* Review for Samsung India – Misleading Installation Charges I recently purchased a Samsung Split AC through the official Samsung app. At the time of purchase, the installation charges were clearly mentioned as ₹499 + GST. Since my home is newly built, I had already completed all internal fittings, including piping, expecting a hassle-free installation at the stated cost. However, my experience turned out to be quite frustrating. 1. The technicians insisted that I purchase a wall mounting bracket from them for ₹1200 + GST. When I informed them that I already had a bracket, they demanded an additional ₹250 just to screw it into the wall—something that should have been included in the standard installation. 2. They also asked for ₹750 extra to “test” my pre-installed internal piping, a charge that was never mentioned before purchasing the AC. Why wasn’t this disclosed earlier? If I knew the real costs, I might have considered other options. While Samsung advertises installation at ₹499, the actual cost easily shoots up to ₹3000 or more due to these hidden charges. This feels like a scam—luring customers with a low price on the app and then imposing additional, unexpected costs once the technicians arrive. Samsung needs to be transparent about these extra charges upfront. Customers should not have to deal with hidden costs after purchase.
