Truly this camera rocks. The app is a façade of false hope. Countless tries, youtube videos, and directions, I can never get the photos on my phone. I don’t even know how else to download them because i’m not a boomer and don’t have an usb. This app worked only when it first came out.

I have had this camera since middle school, currently 24. And the camera takes photos beautifully however, when it comes to migrating them to your phone that’s a different story. This app used to work ages ago, but like time.. I guess everything changes. It is completely harder to put the photos on your phone and sometimes they don’t sink at all after countless tries. If you were to get the camera/app please be aware of how challenging it could be to upload photos to another device.

Why is it Samsung’s fault when Apple update their IOS and it doesn’t support the mobile link app? It’s not Samsung it’s Apple you should be complaining about. I ran this app for my NX3000 to iPad and it was faultless.
