I don’t know what people are talking about this app crashing and the connection being bad. It’s good. Get this for yourself and and try it out. You will love it. The app WILL FAIL if you don’t go into settings > Bluetooth on your phone and click connect again (even if it already says connected) every time you switch back to Songs on Phone mode from the Aux source. Other than this little bit of confusion it works great. ### 1/5 — Cannot get this app to work *2024-06-12, version 5.1* I found this app after it was highlighted in the user manual (single sheet of paper) with my ST50B speaker. The app connected quickly to the speaker but I could not control the speaker from the app, it could not find any music on my phone, it then proceeded to disconnect from my phone and unfortunately I deleted it almost as quickly as I had downloaded it. I would love to see this app working well as it would really be a great accompaniment to the speaker ### 1/5 — I am shocked at how terrible this really is *2024-06-04* I’ve got MX-ST90B and I’d classify this app as actually dangerous. Click into DJ mode, bump something by accident - does it have a reset? No. Is there an EQ? No. Is there a way to turn off the loud startup noise? No. This is terrible software. I just hope that the only reason that they have not improved this app over this time is that the team was put into a ship and dropped off on a completely technology free island so that they can never do this to people again. And the product manager was thrown into a volcano. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work iPhone 15 *2024-05-26, version 5.1* I’ve used this speaker for years and love it but I can’t play audio from the latest iPhone to it. The speaker works with other standard Bluetooth source connections (laptops, Android phone). My iPhone and various music apps (Music, Spotify, Amazon music, …) works fine with other Bluetooth audio targets (3 different Bluetooth headphones) but no amount of configuration and pairing option pathways seem to get music/audio to play to the speaker from my iPhone. The app can’t detect my local music library, none of the apps play through the target and revert to the device speaker, the app finds and connects to the speaker and I can adjust settings like volume and lighting color remotely… but no audio, sigh. ### 1/5 — Good speaker really bad app *2024-05-12, version 5.1* Seems to have a lot of issues, I understand I’m using iOS and not android but come on Samsung you can do a better app for this platform.
