In my case, it only works on my phone and doesn’t play on my MacBook. However, my experience has been disappointing. The app is not very user-friendly, and the process is unnecessarily long and complicated—you have to go through too many steps just to get where you need. It’s not about the fees, but the overall experience and the lack of proper response that need serious improvement. Yes, I used ChatGPT to help phrase this review, as I was quite frustrated and didn’t feel my own words would come across appropriately. Never updating any movies and just eating up the money we paid every month. On top of that whenever we try to watch that 60s show it’s just can’t load and it really needs so so strong network even at the lowest resolution. Just stop using our money to make yourself rich. However, when we cast or play this on an Apple TV, it rewinds to about 10 secs back and replays from there frequently. It would be great if you could look into this and fix it soon.
