## What is samwin Mobile Agent?

The samwin Mobile Agent allows agent users to connect to samwin using their iPhone or iPad.
This app offers all the key features known from Desktop-class samwin Agents:
* Skill Management - log on to and off from Skills
* Call Handling - place a call on hold, park or re-queue a call
* Softphone Support - place and receive calls through WiFi or mobile data
* Full Directory Access - including presence and appointments
* Call Wait List & Call History - shows waiting and past calls

In areas with poor internet connection an ACD Extension, set up as non-controlled physical phone using the mobile device's phone number, can be used instead of a Softphone ACD Extension. This allows the user to handle samwin calls as regular phone calls even with minimal cell coverage.

* Added support for Web Agent backends of version 2.8.0 and newer.

* Fixed an issue where non-Directory organizational units were offered for directory selection.

Note: Web Agent versions 2.6.10, 2.7.9, 2.8.4 and 2.9.0 contain important changes for push notification reliability - when using Softphone ACD Extensions with the Mobile Agent, please ensure your environment is updated accordingly.

This version fixes the following issues:
* The application would occasionally crash when accepting calls on certain devices.
* Logout was possible while a call was active.
* The dial pad was not visible in full on devices with smaller screens.
* Ul elements not matching the user's license level were displayed in some scenarios.
* Some Ul texts were not internationalized.
* Timestamps were not formatted according to the device's locale.
* Presence information in the directory switched to "unknown" in certain scenarios.
* Appointment date and title information in the directory overlapped in certain scenarios.
* User states that are not directly selectable by the user were offered in the Ul.
* The caller name was not consistently shown.

### 1.3.0 — 2025-03-31

Mobile Agent 1.3.0 includes several bug fixes and improvements and brings the following new features:

- Dialpad support
Call any number by opening the dialpad from the “Calls” screen.

- Entra ID Login
Log in with your Microsoft account on samwin systems configured for Entra ID.
Note: this requires Web Agent version 2.6.3 or newer.
