HUGE disincentive to using this membership!! So you can collect my data! In fact- it makes me concerned at the data you ARE collecting in the background… if I can’t use the password of my choice! Why does it need to be so “safe”??? After I reset password (to something I will not remember) it didn’t even log me into the Ap! I had re enter alllll the details all over again- no “eye” icon, so I can’t even see what I’m typing in password box- got that wrong a couple of times- then STILL it didn’t log me it! It wants email verification even though it’s literally just sent me an email to reset my password!! You guys really don’t want me to come down there today ### 1/5 — Dodgy af *2026-07-18* I wasn’t able to place orders through the app, at least when attempting to redeem an offer as part of the order, so I had to order at the counter instead. That’s mildly inconvenient, but the bigger issue was the unexpected “EFT surcharge” added when paying. I raised this through the app’s Contact function, and without any acknowledgement or response, the app was updated a day or two later and ordering appeared to be fixed. Since then, I’ve successfully placed an order through the app without the surcharge, but I never received a digital receipt. The notification offering a shortcut to request a copy of the receipt sounded useful but all I get is an error message. At this point, I feel like I’m doing the app team’s testing and troubleshooting work for them. The app has potential, but basic functions like ordering, receipts, and customer support workflows need much more attention before it feels reliable. ### 1/5 — Location tracked *2026-01-31* Permanently deleted account and uninstalled the app. It kept telling me when I was near a store and there was no way to turn off location services via iOS. The app doesn’t appear under that Privacy & Security settings and no location option under its own app settings. ### 2/5 — Grazing Box Disappeared *2025-11-30* The Grazing Box has disappeared from your app. Which is really annoying as that’s the only thing we order and it’s an inconvenience having to go into the shop. ### 1/5 — Overpriced *2025-05-18* When you select delivery as an option, all the prices in the menu increase from $5-$7per item. So when ordering 6items that an additional $42 compared to not having it delivered and the delivery on checkout still remains the same at $3.99. Needs a new algorithm that keeps the flat delivery rate and doesn’t increase menu pricing. ### 1/5 — App does NOT work *2025-05-04* The app does not work. It keeps saying my login details are incorrect. I’ve double checked my email (it’s correct), I’ve requested a new password which says “successful”, I’ve attempted to login to the app with my new password. I then have to prove that I’m a human multiple times just to be told that my login is incorrect. ### 4/5 — Finally, Apple wallet Support! *2025-04-23* About the captcha sign in issue. It looks like the backend has changed. Reset your password via email. You should be able to sign in without an issue after that. ### 1/5 — Negative stars would suit better *2025-01-28* The most unintuitive app on my phone, after picking out 467 motorcycles and stairs I found thought it might be easier to just reset my password, jokes on me….. it isn’t, error after error, I’m out. Manager at Joondalup WA wasn’t interested at all. Goodbye delicious churros, time for a new dessert ### 2/5 — Not working *2025-01-15* Keeps on saying “verify your email” on every page, when I press the button to send verification then it says “non-unique member details”. Unable to use any of the functions. ### 2/5 — Horrendous App *2024-12-08* Ridiculously slow. When I launch the app it always defaults to Melbourne CBD, enough through I have location services enabled and am located in Brisbane.
