And yet I google Nick Bosa, CBS SPORTS, NFL, and others all had news about Bosa signing a contract. Who is making sure we the fans are kept up to date on 49er news. They need to be fired. What a useless app, over on the ESPN app they had the news about CMC, was there anything on this app absolutely not!! I am deleting this app ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2025-09-04, version 7.15.3* Why are some articles in SPANISH? I do not speak or read Spanish. I understand that some people do speak and read Spanish, so they might want their app to be in Spanish. They can do that through their phone and all their apps will be in Spanish. I do not want any of the articles in Spanish - NONE of them. ### 1/5 — Not useful for outta market fans and bad app design *2025-08-25* App seems pretty useless for out of market fans. I can’t even change my timezone so that the schedule is always in PT. On top of that the autoplaying videos is ridiculous. I should be able to control when sound starts coming from my phone. Now I am located in TN and the greed of corporations makes it hard to watch my 49ers. I don’t under why the app only allows streaming in the region when there are many ways to watch in Cali. (When I open the app it tells me that I must update, then the App Store tells me I need a newer iOS than I have to proceed with the update. This is the only app I have ever seen that doesn’t allow an older phone to use at all.) ### 1/5 — Absolute abomination *2026-05-14* App is too focused on creating virtual jerseys and other gimmicks than providing accurate info Free agency tracker is missing a ton of people (ie signing greenlaw or resigning wallow) The player cards used to have detailed roster stats but now they think 4 boxes can summarize a player The front page carousel (which you’re forced to open too) rather than showing the top most recent news just reiterates most of what you’re going to find on the tabs. What’s the point of duplication that? The website has this info fine so it’s not an issue of it being updated but that the app shows incomplete info which is a big nono if you want to be reliable Wish there was an easier link to roster news. It provides basic information, very thin on bells and whistles, and the AI chat just points to links (without actually answering my question). The new app update is INSANE! Not only is it super easy to find what I want to find, the design of the app is really cool and engaging.
