## What is Sanchalan?

Sarathi is a simple way to run structured, timed sessions on your phone.

Create activities, build a plan, start the session, and let Sarathi guide each step with clear transition cues and a live countdown. When the session ends, a log is saved automatically so you can review details and add notes.

Sarathi is built for real use:
- Works offline.
- Keeps timing accurate over long runs.
- Continues with background-safe cues when your phone is locked.
- Lets you track participants by count or by name.
- Exports a clean share card image from any log.

Privacy is a core part of the product:
- No account, no sign-up.
- No analytics or telemetry.
- Data stays on your device.

Participant names are never shown on shared cards.

If you want app lock, you can use Face ID, fingerprint, or a custom PIN. You can also skip lock entirely and change this later in Settings.
