I’ve been going to sanctuary studios for forever and I’m so so so glad they finally developed an Apple Watch app. I love seeing my zones on my wrist and it was perfect timing launching this during Covid since I can’t be in the studio. Just set up my goals this week so we’ll see how accountable that keeps me. Thanks Sanctuary 🥰
