Why does it glitch? Why does it shut down the app if you exit without logging out? This app needs major updates. ### 1/5 — Tasks problems *2026-01-27, version 3.4.5* Eveytime I complete the tasks on the apps, My agency say I didn’t do the tasks. And I know I complete it. Cause I always take notes. It been happening like 2 months now. Sometimes you do the tasks on the apps it happen to show yesterday client tasks. What a pointless app. You can 100 percent disregard this app, if your client’s plan says you can. Wait for new developers to be able to code towards your particular mobile app’s browsers, which will be later than sooner. Making a schedule in EVV Sandata does nothing for this mobile app. How it cannot remember your clients and even your visits to get that data to EVV means they need fresh eyes on the future forking of whatever is standing in the way of it working as it should. 1) auto update mobile app; 2) get rid of all those extra steps in TVV; fix scheduling to not become duplicates in visit management and make it work in mobile connect app. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-11-29, version 3.4.4* God awful pw reset rules no support ### 1/5 — Needs some work *2025-11-19* Issue 1: Logs need to go further back than a few days. They need to go back at least a week. It’s frustrating when if I lose a physical copy of my logs on say a Friday, and log on SanData so I can rewrite them only for Monday and Tuesday to be completely gone. Issue 2: The facial recognition software bugs out sometimes and won’t let me log in. Issue 3: It’s so slow when logging on. This is more recent. Issue 4: I don’t trust it to keep track of my case logs throughout my shift. And I refuse to type them up in it because of the time limit. I’ve been using Google Docs to copy and paste them. Please do better, this is pitiful. ### 1/5 — This app has always been bad and continues to get worse *2025-10-20* This app has always lacked basic developer maintenance / updates it’s seemed. I’ve had to suffer using this for over a year now and can’t fathom that companies require the use of this app when there’s this many issues and this many people who have the same issues. Everything about this app feels like it was made in 2013 and never updated. It’s slow, it freezes, it crashes, there’s at least well over a dozen times where I’m 100% sure I’ve signed in and signed out yet my employee claims I haven’t. I tried to screen record every time I use it to have proof, yet it doesn’t allow you to screen record or screen shot. This is an atrocious app that should not be required. I would so much rather fill out a timesheet everyday than have to rely and hope that this app works and registers my times. I hope there’s some class action lawsuit from users who are being reprimanded by employers due to the apps unreliability. In fact I think physical timesheets are so much more reliable and even if it requires more time it’s physical proof of the job that’s being done, it can’t be disputed. What’s the reason for this app? To make sure we are actually on location? A timesheet does that as well by requiring it to be signed by clients. I can’t believe how such a simple sounding app could be mishandled so badly. Put a direct support link to your app/company Medical professionals do not have b extra time to play around searching your site for a way to report. We rely on it. It not useful when you can’t log in tasks, have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to do basic things. It’s basically a garbage application. What is the point of this app if I’m constantly having to submit corrections? It’s at the point were I just want to quit my job so I don’t have to deal with SanData anymore. ### 1/5 — Signs out too much! *2026-05-06* Wish to give this zero stars, but can’t. I use this for work and it’s annoying when you login and then for example someone texts you and so you check the message on your phone and then you go back to the this app to continue what you was doing and then all of a sudden you’re logged out. It only takes a second and you’re left having to log back in. The log out is crazy, like I’ve had to log in so many times within a day, as well as the “remember me” toggle is a joke. So don’t take a glance at any of your other apps, you’ll waste time and then have to log back in ### 1/5 — God awful *2026-04-15, version 3.4.7* If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I believe this app was intentionally designed to make it more difficult for program, participants and workers. Other fiscal agents have much better applications. Also in the visits tab to look back at old visits, could the check in and check out time be posted versus having to tap on each individual visit to see what the times were? The x close button is annoyingly small. ### 3/5 — Kept my other app *2023-07-29* I signed in to this new app this morning, didn’t see where to log out, singed in to the other app and signed out. Where do I go? **Developer response:** The log out button is in the menu. ### 2/5 — Hack for this app *2026-08-14* I’ve had the worst time with this app always taking 5 minutes to log in and 5 minutes to log out. But I discovered that if you put your phone in airplane mode you can instantly sign in and out of the app. You’ll need to physically type the patients name but still saves so much time compared to logging in the natural way. ### 2/5 — Clock in dissapearin *2025-10-14* My clock ins are disappearing and i know for a fact i clocked in for that day i have it written and recorded on notes. I have no other way of knowing other than the automated voice. So i use this app to double check my times in and out to find out if they are correct.. This can mess up our money and livelihood as the santrax system and the state that distributes this system can mark me as a non compliance. So now I’m Super confused because i clocked in that day now I’m having issues. ### 2/5 — Provider *2024-12-05* I’ve up had nonstop issues with the app and the software provided from this company. I currently have issues that are preventing me from being paid by the state because things aren’t matching up. It seems that the system isn’t saving my inputs from which the states software compares to in order to pay me. You will be contacting this company frequently until they get issues fixed.
