So everyone wins. You don't run out of load, and neither do the drivers. That's my opinion, and I hope they do something about it. ### 2/5 — Poor Quality *2024-06-07* I’ve had to deal with a lot of bugs, inconveniences and trouble with this app’s functions. ### 1/5 — I *2023-04-10* it does not notify me when a new charge arrives and when it finally does it does not have a loud sound and it is not audible, my mobile device is an iPhone if it helps ### 3/5 — Needs notification settings option *2023-03-12* Its a simple and straight forward app. It is missing notification options specially for drivers who haul sandboxes, most of the time drivers rest in between loads and fall asleep without having proper notifications . For example, an alarm for when a load has been dispatched would be a game changer. ### 1/5 — Bad notifications *2023-01-12* This app is pathetic for giving notifications. You can barely hear it and it’s one low tow chirp. Occasionally, actually very rare though, you’ll get a regular US Silica text in conjunction, which is much better. At least you can adjust the volume and pick your own text message notifications. Not one thing you can do about this. They flat out don’t care. ### 2/5 — notifications!! *2022-11-20* We have many difficulties with notifications that do not arrive and do not sound!! ### 1/5 — Location service *2022-05-10* I got a notification that your app checked my location 29 times in three days this is uncalled for you don’t need my location always on when using the app would be good enough not mention this drains my phone battery fix it please or I can drive else where ### 5/5 — Suggestions *2022-04-07* Can you show me that I’m not sure why I need my location to be paying 238 Times over the course of five days but an edit feature I would like to see is Geo fencing ### 1/5 — Location *2022-01-17* You guys need to give drivers the ability to change the location option to while using the app not just to always. It’s killing my battery and data. Draining my battery multiple times a day. I got a notification from my iPhone telling me that the app tracked me over 350 times for the week. That’s ridiculous. You don’t need to know drivers every move where’s our privacy? ### 1/5 — Drains battery *2021-11-21* Requires you to leave location on as “always”uses to much battery. And the location is on even after you end shift.
