## What is Sandboxx Corp.?

Sandboxx is the easiest way to build diversity and inclusion for any size organization.  Sponsorship has been proven to be the best way to advance women and minorities in organizations.  It is when a senior leader (sponsor) is committed to the development and advancement of a sponsoree.  Using the Sandboxx app, employees wishing to be sponsored are matched with senior leaders by filling out personal profile questions.  Sandboxx then combines users’ abilities, skills, positions and expectations with other users’ abilities, skills, positions and expectations to result in high quality, long lasting matches.  After matches are made,  employees make personal contact and develop their new sponsor-sponsoree relationships.  Resources offer advice on how to match and what to expect from matched users.   Company admins oversee the process without having to involve themselves in making matches.  Admins also have access to data analytics on their employees including logins, completion of profiles, return visits, time spent viewing areas of the app, etc.
